This is a rehearsal click-list for Adarsh Vishwakarma. Click a question, jump to that family’s Q&A card. The official sixteen Leadership Principles are on aboutamazon.com. Other candidates’ leftover-hour stems are shape evidence. They are not a list for Job 10454435. That Job ID still has no public named live-round question. Unnamed stays unnamed. R1 was 13 Aug 2026. R2 was 18 Aug 2026. R3 is done. This folder is Round 4 only. Full spoken STARs live in chapter 3. This page is which question → which card.
How to use this list
Click the question they just used. The link opens the matching card on answers A (Customer Obsession through Frugality) or answers B (Earn Trust through Success and Scale). Speak that card. Stop. This page is not a second STAR dump.
What they might ask
A named Leadership Principle, with no extra sentence.
A “tell me about a time…” leftover stem other candidates wrote down.
A second prompt after you already told one product this hour.
Labels on the list: IE-asked = another leftover hour named this family. Resume-derived = speakable from the Aug 2026 PDF. Notes = handwritten room story (IQVIA DOM demo, Ylogx client crash). Other loop, not a forecast for Job 10454435.
What you say
Situation in about fifteen seconds: product, who hurt, why the obvious path failed. Task in about ten: what you owned, intern title honest. Action in about forty: three mechanisms, plus the option you discarded. Result in about fifteen: one resume family, then stop.
I take the question they asked. I do not pause to name the poster. I stay on one product. If that product already appeared this hour, I use the backup named on the card — a second story, not a fourth trophy on the same intern.
They might ask next
If they ask
You answer
What did you implement?
The module on that card. Follow-ups unpack the same story.
STAR clock: 15 / 10 / 40 / 15. Then let them probe the same path.
Pick a failure that had a real cost, then the action and what you shipped after. Argus 73% mAP, the IQVIA DOM demo, and the Ylogx client-aggregation crash are real. There is no “I had no significant failures” line.
Do not reuse the same spoken story for every prompt in the same hour.
Answer the question they asked. Do not stop to announce which poster it is.
Prepare questions for them at the end. Spine is in chapter 2; the ask-them bank is in chapter 10.
Internships are a timeline: Horizon Feb–Jun 2024 (rover software, ERC). Ylogx Nov 2024–Oct 2025 (production BI). IQVIA Apr 2026–present (current role, retrieval and evals).
If they ask which intern ran longest in production, that is a date: Ylogx, November 2024 to October 2025.
Prime Video, Uber, and food-delivery HLD prompts are not on this list. OA work-style MCQs are not on this list. OA is not a round.
Tighten
Click, speak, stop. If they want another prompt, start the next family. Spoken STAR prose stays in chapter 3. Leftover wording you already mapped in chapter 4 is the same family, not a new story.
What is an LP question versus a behavioral question
Same leftover hour. Two piles. An LP question wants a STAR that sits on one of the sixteen official principles. A behavioral question is still talk, but it is not that STAR.
Customer extra, ownership extra, feedback, missed deadline, disagreement, dive deep, calculated risk, scale after quality — click the family below.
Behavioral question — chapter 10
Why Amazon, ninety-second intro, current role, walk the resume, best / worst project, GenAI habits, questions for them, I versus we, how you approach a problem.
Those cards live on 10. Behavioral. This page does not rewrite them.
What they might ask
Critical feedback, a missed deadline, or an extra task — those sound behavioral and still map to an LP.
Why Amazon, or “walk me through the resume.”
How a project started (project genesis).
IE-asked leftover hours mixed both piles in one sitting. Shape evidence, not Job 10454435.
What you say
If the prompt is a time-you-did-X that sits on a principle, I open the LP card on this list. If the prompt is why Amazon, current role, intro, or questions for them, I go to chapter 10. I do not tell two STARs for the same event.
They might ask next
If they ask
You answer
Feedback, deadline, extra task, conflict
Those live here. Chapter 10 only links to the same card. No second STAR.
Most proud / most challenging as a pick, not a principle
Behavioral pick. The story you then tell still uses one chapter-3 STAR.
Keep straight
Above and beyond for a customer is Customer Obsession (q-co-beyond). Above and beyond responsibilities is Ownership (q-own-extra). Exceeded a quality bar is Highest Standards (q-hs-exceeded).
Critical feedback is Earn Trust (q-et-feedback). A mistake / significant failure is Are Right (q-ar-mistake). Same Argus 73% can serve one of those in an hour, not both as a first telling.
Tighten
One event, one spoken STAR per hour unless they change the principle and you have already used that product. Then name the backup on the card.
Which families other loops repeated
This is leftover-hour shape from other candidates. It is not a forecast that Job 10454435 will ask these. Use it to decide which cards you can open cold.
What they might ask
Critical or negative feedback from someone senior.
A missed deadline or a missed commitment.
A disagreement with a manager or a senior teammate.
IE-asked as theme across several leftover hours (other loops). Unnamed stays unnamed for this Job ID.
What you say
If they hit a very-strong family, I already know the card: feedback → Argus 73% (or GiftedBooks README if they opened GitHub). Missed deadline → risk I flagged; the resume has no missed ERC and no missed 99.9%. Disagreement → IQVIA hybrid versus vector-only.
AUTA leftover hours also named these principles out loud (still other loops): Dive Deep, Ownership, Have Backbone, Customer Obsession, Learn and Be Curious, Earn Trust.
Keep straight
Very strong means “other people wrote this stem down,” not “this Job ID will ask it.”
If they do not name a principle: Dive Deep first (Ylogx Redis and RLS), then Deliver (Horizon 17th / 80+). Third: GiftedBooks 3–10 min.
Ylogx primaries are Ownership, Frugality, Dive Deep. IQVIA primaries are Invent, Learn, Backbone. Argus primaries are Are Right, Highest Standards, Success and Scale. Horizon primaries are Bias for Action, Deliver Results, Earth’s Best Employer.
Tighten
Rehearse the three very-strong cards until you can start them without looking. Then the rest of the list is a jump table.
Sixteen official names and locked first stories
One-line definitions are from Amazon’s Leadership Principles. The locked first story is what you speak if they name the principle and have not heard that product yet. Full spoken STAR: chapter 3.
What they might ask
The principle by name, nothing else.
“Walk me through a couple of examples” with no poster named.
Resume-derived lock. Official wording from aboutamazon.com.
What you say
I do not recite sixteen names. If they name one principle, I tell the locked first story. If they name none, I start Dive Deep on Ylogx Redis and RLS.
Earn Trust’s locked first story is GiftedBooks grounded RAG + 99.5%. The most-repeated feedback family on that principle is still Argus 73% — see q-et-feedback.
99.9% uptime is Ylogx. GiftedBooks uptime is 99.5%. IQVIA has no uptime or latency percent on the resume.
Backup if they already heard the locked project: Customer → Ylogx SQL RAG +65%. Ownership → Horizon GStreamer + costmap. Invent → StratifyLabs −30% + 50+. Are Right → Ylogx measured bot-DB −35%. Learn → Horizon ROS2 + GStreamer + ZED. Hire → Horizon pairing on launch. Highest Standards → Ylogx 99.9% / sub-210 ms. Think Big → IQVIA 200+ sites (backup only). Bias → eight hackathons. Frugality → Horizon fusion vs extra hardware. Earn Trust → Ylogx 3-tier RLS. Dive Deep → IQVIA ranking contradiction. Backbone → Ylogx RLS-in-DB vs app-only WHERE. Deliver → Ylogx 40% reports + 99.9%. Earth’s Best → IEDC pairing. Scale → Ylogx ALB/ECS with RLS already on.

Jump to a principle
Same page. These pills scroll to that LP’s question list. The question itself opens the answers file.
One family, one line. Canonical wording is the link. Aliases are the same card. The gray phrase is the locked story in a handful of words. Answers A = Customer through Frugality. Answers B = Earn Trust through Success and Scale.

Chapter 4 leftover stems already mapped
Chapter 4 already wrote leftover wording as spoken cards. Those stems are the same families as this list. Do not learn a second STAR for them. Click through.
What they might ask
A leftover sentence you already practiced in chapter 4.
Same other-loop stems. Still not Job 10454435.
What you say
I use the family on this page. I do not restart chapter 4 as a different story.
